ROUND ONE - SUNSET HILLS COUNTRY CLUB

CHAMPIONSHIP BOYS:

Thomas Lim shot a sizzling five-under 30 on the front nine today! Birdies on holes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 8 and a lone bogie on number 7 set him up for a 66. Three shots back with a very solid three-under 69 was Daniel Slovis and another shot back with a smooth one-under 70. Shane Blanchard shot the only even-par round of 71. Others included: Jeremy Sanders 72 and Mo Bardovi 74.

CHAMPIONSHIP GIRLS:

Shannon Holden 79, Remy Molyneux and Katherine Liu 82.

BOYS 12-14:

Jonathan Sanders shot a 73 to take a one-stroke lead into the final round highlighted by four birdies. One stroke back with 74's were Brock Drogosch, Bryce Haynes and Chad McClay. Others included: Alex Angard 76, Johnny Ruiz 77 and Stephan Moffatt 79.

The final round will be played tomorrow at Los Robles Golf Couse.
