ALL VOLUNTEERS Arrive/Park about 20-minutes early. It is very important that you arrive to the food concession tent on the golf course grounds on-time.
- PARK in the free parking located off Staford Road;
- SIGN-IN at the Prom Catering Tent located in the end of the parking area to receive credentials to enter the golf course grounds.
- You will then be SHUTTLED to the front of the Clubhouse for entry.
- REPORT to the large catering tent located between the Clubhouse and the Driving Range ready to help.
