Being a volunteer is extremely important to the success of a tournament. From the junior golfers perspective volunteers not only make the event operate more smoothly, it will show everyone that you support junior golf and understand the importance of their tournaments. It also sets an example for your junior golfer of getting involved and giving your most valued contribution: your valuable time.
