FINAL RESULTS

Olivas Links Golf Course, Ventura - Par 36 (front-9)

Many thanks to Carl-Van Vallier and his staff for their kind hospitality throughout the day.  The weather was very nice with moderate temperatures and gentle ocean breezes.

Boys 10-11:    The first few holes belonged to Matthew Mangawang and the middle holes belonged to Nick Bublitz, but paring the final four holes proved to be the difference as Jack Biwer finished with a solid 38 (+2) and earned his third victory of the season!  Posting a nice 41 (+5) for second place was Nick Bublitz and finishing in third with a 43 (+7) was Matthew Mangawang.

Boys/Girls 8-9:   Playing in his first event of the season, William Draper earned the victory with solid play, shooting a 42 (+6)!  Two strokes bhind found second place finisher, Grang Drogosch shooting a 44 (+8).  In third was Seldon Doyle with a 50 (+14)

Q-School:    Twelve players set out today trying to shoot a target score of 48 or better.  Earning a point today were:  Slater Brennan (43), Kyle Aggarwal (44), Erin Alonzo (46), JJ Ferreira (48).  Players earning three points qualify to move-up and play on the VCJGA Tour.
