Many thanks to Dione Dennis and her staff for their kind hospitality.  The weather was very nice with moderate temperatures and mild breezes.

Boys 10-11:    Jack Biwer seventh victory in eight events shooting a one-under 35 with birdies on the fourth and sixth holes.  Second place went to Matthew Mangawang shooting a 42 highlighted by a chip-in birdie on the difficult seventh hole.  Preston Smith finished alone in third with a 43.

Boys/Girls 8-9:   Seldon Doyle shot a 40 and earned the gold medal.  Only one shot back was William Draper shooting a 41.  Finishing is third for the second straight week was Steen Zeman.

Q-School:    Nine players set out today trying to shoot a target score of 47 or better.  Congratulations to Erin Alonzo (44) for earning his third and final point and VCJGA Tour privledges!  Grant Guerrero (41), Jamie Sullivan (42), Colin Muir (44) and Sam Morton (46) each earned a point.  Players earning three points qualify to move-up and play on the VCJGA Tour.
