FINAL RESULTS

Buenaventura Golf Course, Ventura, CA - Par 35

Many thanks to Dione Dennis and her staff for their kind hospitality.  The weather was clear skies, moderate temperatures and some cool breezes.

Boys 10-11:    Matthew Mangawang shot a consistent one bogie, one birdie, even par round of 35 to earn his first victory of the season and the gold medal.  In second place with a 37 (+2) was Jack Biwer.  Finishing in third place with a 41 (+6) was Brandon Jacobs.

Boys/Girls 8-9:   Seldon Doyle and Garrett Camenker finished regulation play tied at 41 (+6).  The issue was decided by a puttoff and Seldon came out on top earning his eighth victory of the season.  Garrett finished in second as he continues to get back in the swing of things after a long a productive baseball season.  Austin Liu finish in third with a 43 (+8).

Q-School:    Six players set out today trying to shoot a target score of 47 or better.  Grant Guerrero earned a point, his second of the season, by shooting a 43 and only needs one more point to move to the VCJGA Tour.   Players earning three points qualify to move-up and play on the VCJGA Tour.
