FINAL RESULTS

Saticoy Regional Golf Course, Ventura, CA - Par 34

Many thanks to Don and his staff for their kind hospitality.  The weather great with clear skies, moderate temperatures and cool breezes.

Boys 10-11:   Mathew Mangawang and rookie, Matthew Wolff finished regulation play with tied at 41.  A sudden death playoff would decide the champion.  On the first extra hole, Mangawang earned his second victory of the season with a solid par.  Finishing alone in third with a 42 was Mini-Tour Ventura County Champion, Elias Gross.

Boys/Girls 8-9:   William Draper earned his fifth victory of the season shooting a solid 44.  One stroke back was 2009 points leader Seldon Doyle.  Finishing third for the second time this season was Nathan Hanretta.

Q-School:    Thirteen players set out today trying to shoot a target score of 46 or better on a course that always plays tougher than it looks.  Joshua Sudman was the only player to earn a point and now only needs one more to graduate.    Players earning three points qualify to move-up and play on the VCJGA Tour.
